My practice philosophy is to meet you where you are and help you to be a better version of who you already are. You are your own best healer and teacher its my goal to help you get past your perceived obstacles. I believe it is imperative to empower you to help yourself using practical inexpensive means when available and also to refer to other healthcare providers when the situation calls for it. Holistic lifestyle is best used as prevention, allopathic medicine treats what has become dis-ease. You are a mind, body and spirit at all times and all of these parts of yourself need to be acknowledged for you to live healthfully in your true nature.
I truly believe in the value of what I do and teach from the heart - from a place of experience and not just book knowledge. After having been sick or pregnant constantly for many years I discovered that massage and yoga have worked miracles by helping me to regain my health and live a better less stressful pain managed lifestyle. I am a living testimonial to the benefits of massage and yoga. I give credit for my knowledge to all of my teachers and the numerous books and classes I have been taking advantage of on an everyday basis for many years.
